MALDIVES COMPETITION

Kuramathi is one of the Kuoni favourites - and it's perfect if you're looking for variety alongside relaxation. Here, pathways weave through lush foliage, leading to the excellent facilities that are dotted around this large island. There are two oceanfront infinity pools plus a lagoon-style pool shaded by palm trees, and snorkelling on the house reef is possible straight from the beach.

Spoilt for choice with eating out and places to watch sunset with a drink in hand.  Of the bars, favourites include the Sand Bar, where you can sink into a comfy beanbag with a cocktail and bury your toes in the sand, and the chic Champagne Loft.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The promoter is: DER Touristik UK Ltd whose registered office is at Touristik House, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ.
2. Employees of Kuoni or Travel Radio and their families are not eligible to enter.
3. The prize winner must be over 18 years of age
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. Closing date for entry will be 6 July 2021. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason and any automated entries will not be eligible to win.
7. The prize is a seven night stay 7 nights accommodation in a Beach Villa for two on Full Board basis. Includes meals at allocated buffet restaurant. Speedboat transfer is included. Return economy class flights included from the UK (overseas winner, flights at own expense)
8. The prize excludes UK transfers and all other expenses, including travel insurance and activities, which are the responsibility of the prize winner and guest.
9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12. The prize winner will be selected based on images/copy on social media and will be chosen based on merit by the judges.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17. You have the option to opt in for email and postal marketing from Kuoni. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your details with any third parties.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, including social media, email and in Kuoni Magazine
19. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Kuoni Marketing Department, Touristik House, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1HJ
20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
21. Valid for travel before 30 April 2022 (Excluding  Christmas/New Year, 1-28 February 2021, Easter Peaks).
22. USD 6 Green Tax per person per night will be chargeable
23. Airport transfer by seaplane available at a surcharge (US$ 290 + 12% GST per person, roundtrip)
24. Subject to availability at time of booking and advance reservations must be made.
25. Prize Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and hold no monetary value.
